Kennedale ISD

Kennedale ISD engaged OBR in 2020 to assist with various capital improvements while also providing a comprehensive assessment of all district facilities.  The community-based effort led to elementary grade realignment that created an early childhood center with a focus on reading improvement.  The effort also led to the District’s 2023 bond program.  OBR assisted with the communication strategies for the successful bond campain.  The program transformed the district’s aging facilities and created new educational spaces that included a Science/CTE wing at Kennedale Junior High School and a state-of-the-art Culinary Arts Lab at Kennedale High School.  The $98.6M program was completed on time and under budget.  This enabled the District to address other capital improvements across the district.
