Brushy Creek Regional Utility Authority

The Brushy Creek Regional Utility Authority (BCRUA) turned to OBR to provide on-site representative services for their 17MGD water treatment plant and associated facilities.  OBR provided daily inspections/observations, pay application review, scheduling and review of quality assurance testing, attendance at project meetings, daily reporting, identification of deficiencies & design conflicts, and coordination with design engineers and management.  Our team also assisted with submittals, RFIs, and change order logs. The 3-year project was completed on time and under budget.
