Alice ISD

OBR was engaged in 2019 by Alice ISD after successful passage of their $21M bond referendum to provide comprehensive program management services.  The program included classroom additions and new gyms at three elementary campuses, a classroom addition to a 4th elementary campus, a substantial addition to the district’s middle school and roofing and parking improvements at the high school.  With bond savings, we were able to include a new indoor practice/multi-purpose facility and a new Ag/CTE facility to the high school and provide a new dressing room facility for girls softball.
