ABOUT
Owners Building Resource, LLC (OBR) is subsidiary of Professional Resources Group, Inc. (PRG), a Texas-based employee-owned company that specializes in providing comprehensive program management services. From our main office in Bremond, as well as our many project offices, our professional staff has provided a vast array of program management efforts for hundreds of private and public clients across Texas for more than 20 years.
As facility improvement programs increase in complexity, capital costs continue to rise and funding becomes more difficult to obtain, the use of a professional planning and management service becomes increasingly important. Our team offers a pool of resources unmatched in the industry today that includes architects, engineers, facility planners, demographers, construction project managers, and estimators working together to provide extensive savings and increased quality to all of our clients.
